Smudge + Effects Signature Tutorial

A signature that took me nearly 4 hours creating, gathering all the resources, writing the steps one by one and all the fun stuff -.-
I put the anti-rip watermark everywhere so I wouldn't risk getting this tutorial getting ripped because of all the hard effort I put into it.
